I took the first laps out just a little fast and the last two were too slow, which was really disappointing. My allergies clogged up my throat making it hard to breath, and my legs are sore from all the biking I've been doing recently. I'm going to try to find some good allergy medicine and try to use my bike for nearly only getting to and from practice.

Even with the screwed up times my overall time ended up being perfect, but still I really need to focus on being able to really pick it up the last mile/3rd of the workout.
