Back tire of my bike popped on the way to practice, and couldn't ride it back. Luckily Adam's mom gave me a lift the rest of the way, and I got a ride back after practice.

Goal Pace: 7:02-7:18
Actual Pace: 7:02.63/6:34.69/6:42.31

For the pace Adam, Bryan, and I went it was actually pretty easy. The hills killed my thighs which have already been sore from all the biking.
