Comments:
ran with chris e in the morning, i just wanted to get my run out of the way. was going to run with him and then add on to get my long run. but i felt awful. i think i might have been tired from yesterday, or from the week in general, and breakfast was eaten very soon before we left so i was just not feeling great. so i guess i'm just going to jump my mileage back a week since i was 5 off, and going up by 10 miles in a week wouldn't be good.
