Okay, so this was my first of many Kent's Pond repeats workouts. I felt pretty good. Sure, I'm not running under 5' like I was last year but I felt in control. Plus, there's a new hill on the loop so that adds a few seconds. Also there was a lot of traffic that slowed me down.

Who did I see out running? NS and SD... and saw BH walking with her boyfriend.
