LT Training

Glute and stick work on the grass
15' warm-up into 6' at steady state
drills and strides
10' at LT pace on the BP loop
20' cool down

I love working with JK because we always do an effective warm-up which leads to an effective workout. I did the normally 5'-long loop in about 4:40 and ended the interval working up the hill. Although my legs did hurt a bit before we started as soon the LT started I felt great.

JK gave me a free pair of Nike compression socks. They'e a bright, highlighter green so I don't know if I'll be wearing them outside haha.
