easy 4 + striders

Comments:
I was really hung over, but aside from that felt fine. Starting weight 164.5 ending weight 163.5, so I'm losing a lot of fluids (I will continue to monitor). Heart rate near the end was 161, which assuming my max is ~200 is 80.5% of my max heart rate, this exceeds the max target heart rate of >80%. A more ideal heart rate would be 150, 75% for these easy runs. I'll probably shoot for 5 tomorrow depending on the weather and how I feel. Unfortunately the gym is not open tomorrow because its Sunday so tomorrows run will have to be done in the late afternoon outside.

Next week tentative plan: Total miles 33-38 last week before slight mileage increase. Easy for 5 days plus a long run at marathon (M) pace and 3-5 cruise miles at ~6:45 pace.
