Really thought this was going to be rotten when I set out just based on how I felt during yesterday's run. To my surprise, I felt pretty good. Wasn't going for break-neck mile intervals, just shooting for around 6:40 per. Ended up being 6:49, 6:38, 6:37, 6:43. Not very consistent but I got it done. Took 1/2 mile rest jogs in between. 1-mile warm-up and 1-mile cool down, felt whipped afterwards but fixed that with a steak and a beer.
