Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
First good run in two weeks! Miles were damn easy. Not sure just how quick they were. I'm guessing most of them were in the 7-7:30 range. Considering my running has been so erratic, I ran five days in a row which i hadn't done in a long time, and this was the final run after two weeks of increased mileage, I feel damn good about that being my starting point. I could've gone faster but didn't want to push too hard because it was the fifth day in a row and i have a track meet on wednesday. yikes.
