Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Began to feel the soreness in the second half of the run, felt good aside from that. I'm a little worried about the amount I'm sweating, I'm losing as much as a pound per 30 minutes. This isn't a problem most days, but soon on long runs this is something I will have to address with water and possibly some kind of jell to replace electrolytes.
