Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Felt kinda bad today, it was really hot in the gym and I was not well hydrated. I am also now more sore than I was yesterday as a result of Mondays workout. I expect that tomorrow will be better because I will be less sore and more hydrated and thus better equipped for my run which will ideally, depending on how I feel, be an easy 5 and 4-6 striders.
