LT Workout

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: pouring rain into a pretty decent morning

Comments:
16' warm up into about 5' at steady state
drills and strides
15' at LT pace on the 5 min loop in BP
18' cool down

w/ JK. It was some wild weather so we weren't able to do all the proper warm ups like glute activation. However, it was a pretty good workout as my HR was in the right zone the whole time. Maybe was first lap was the fastest but I, like I said, my HR was in the right zone.

Once the weather cleared off, it was nice.
