Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Started at Cass Park after walking the dogs. It was kinda starting to rain so the temp was nice. It got hotter later on though. Ran up to the Dog Park and did a full loop. It was really nice out there. The grass was long, reminded me of the loops at the Farm. Came back down through Cass, then went home via Taber St. Started to slow down a little on the way home since it was getting hot. I dont think I have caught up on sleep yet and I am probably slightly dehydrated. Tried to run a little up tempo today and it felt great.
Essentials: Stretch, abs, roll
Quick stretch and abs. Legs are feeling great. It was tough to roll though... ITs were super sore. My core is starting to get stronger. Something I want to work on in general.
