Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Again, started at Cass Park and ran after walking the dogs. Took an interesting loop that I actually like a lot. It followed the Waterfront Trail most of the time. Looped up to the pool, which opened today, then came back along the inlet. Ran up past the boat houses and back to the high school the usual way. Went behind IHS and came back downtown on Linn. Cut over past the police station back to Spencer back to the house. Started out slow since my gut was a little crampy. I got so used to the shwarama. This American food is messing me up... Started to feel alittle better and picked it up into a smoother rhythm, but still slow. Felt best when I finished. This was a nicer longer run (above 4 miles lol) I could feel it on the extra part though.
Essentials: Stretch, roll, pushups
Quick stretch. It was really hot outside and I wanted to shower. Legs feel really good too. Good pushup session the make me feel a lot stronger. I was thinking, I wonder if my abs are so out of shape since I havnt done any since the appendix. It took a lot out of them and it might be tough to start up again and make them stronger.
This was a bit more than 5.5. I can round up later
