That's how it felt to run 60 minutes...ONLY 60 MINUTES. How did I run 85 miles per week? Having a team that I was currently competing for. Take advantage of every moment while you can to have your team push your limits because once you are no longer part of a competitive group it gets much harder.
Ran around Aurora from my grandparents house. Learned rt. 306 goes all the way to the bottom of ohio (the south!), thanks to an ohio historical marker.
