Felt great today. Did laps at Moyer. suppose to get 5-10 seconds faster each lap. Felt very strong. Wish I had someone to run with. Easier to go faster. Not bad for alone: 7:01, 6:52, 6:43, 6:34, 6:28, 6:36.
