306th entry. I am writing my first entry on flotrack today as well. I felt rather out of shape and heavy legged, and feared that I have done too much strength work. I did six long striders with a questionably long break in between. Then I had a slight cooldown which I am not logging. 2:30 planks, leg lifts, squat push-ups to seven, felt exhausted. I need to do a tempo run soon.
