Comments:
I actually felt like a runner today! I started out slow, then built the pace to something significantly under 7, finishing up in a strong manner. I would still not classify this as a tempo run, because I could be utterly mistaken about the pacing. 70 pushups (30, 20, 20), 5-minute plank, 400 crunches (200x2), two minutes of flutter kicks.
