Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Ran at mid day from the soccer fields on campus. Max had a game so I watched some of it then ran. Had no route, so I literally wandered around random trails and parking lots. It was hot out, and I was exhAusted. I went pretty short today because I wasn't really getting much out of struggling to run in the heat. I would Ike to get my mileage up more and feel better on these runs, but it is still pretty early.

Essentials: stretch, L7

Stretched at the park when I got back. I also say thee in the grass for a while. The breeze was nice and I was just straight up tired. No abs cause I took a nap instead.
