Comments:
ran at bedford with the group. i felt very tired from miles 8-10, got a bit more wind for 10-12. still a little shy of the 13 i was shooting for but i was just out of energy. working on breakfast, because i think i might not be eating enough? maybe. long runs just don't treat me well. walked in the river for a good bit after. so refreshing.
