South Hill Rec Way Loop

Comments:
Ran after driving back from Hamilton. Drive was uneventful. Call me the Road Warrior. I was tired and hot when I got back. The humidity up in the Northeast is brutal in the summer... I keep forgetting until it is actually here. I really didnt want to go out and run, but somehow, I got my shoes on and before you know it I was out running. Did the short South Hill Recway loop that I did a week ago. Really got into it. I had a stomach cramp when I started but felt better at the end. It was nice, but I am getting a little bored running alone. It is hard to keep pace and it is hard to go far. Something to work on.

Essentials: Stretch, hips, abs

Stretched and did hips when I got back. Stretching felt so good. Legs were getting really tight sitting in the car. The hips helped work out my IT band. Still HAB out...

I guess I noticed that we all got booted off the Case XC group. Hopefully people who are still interested read my log each day (the girls and Gilad). It may not be all that interesting now, but hopefully when I get running regularly it will pick up.
