Comments:
Like Belber, I wanted to play with the pace. So I went out and jogged around and then picked these long, rectangular streets and ran around them at a fast tempo (each "zone" was about 300-400m long and I did six in total). I cooled down for a little bit then did some 2:00 flutter kicks, slow pushups for 3 minutes, 2:30 planks and leg lifts.
