Memorial Park: one loop plus out to Sawyer St. and back

6:15 PM. Sleep: 6 hr. Longer day at work and a longer run, groin not as sore as yesterday, a little longer than I wanted, heard the call of nature but managed to run through it, which doesn't happen often for me, stretch, pushups.
