Comments:
Feeling very guilty, I took the last available moment to run, and went out for 28:15, generally uncomfortable and slow. I don't know what my plan is now. 4-minute supine plank, balance exercise resembling the Ohno drill, 10 one leg squats, both legs, and 30 pushups.
