Comments:
It was hot out today... I was sweating before running. After walking the dogs, decided to take a shorter route home. Went through the Waterfront trail like usual, then came back on Cayuga, Cascadilla, and Albany. Started out slow, feeling sluggish and bad, but felt better as I got going. Felt pretty good the last mile actually.
Essentials: Stretch, roll
Felt soo good to stretch out my stiff legs afterward. The heat is coming back and making running pretty tough though.
