BIG mistake. Should have waited another day. still tired from Tuesday and upper 80s and humid when started. Suppose to do 6 x 800 (2:50-2:55) with :45 rest and 1 x mile if feel good. Only did the 800s and was only on pace for the first two. rest WAY off.
