Track workout with Laurel. 60 minutes total. The .6 miles and 5:30 recovery is total between intervals. Took 45 second between 1st and 2nd 1200's. Took 2min after 3rd and 4th 1200's. Felt great. Really trying to work on foot placement and the power stance within my stride. Making headway.
