Comments:
Long ass day at work. Walk/jogged the hilly 4 mile course carrying cones, ran it in 29 minutes to check to make sure everything was in place, and then walked it in a monsoon to pick up. Absolute mess, they were pulling people off the course. 4 miles for training purposes for the 1 lap running
