Comments:
Started off with about 0.7 mile warm up. Then ran 32 minutes at hard pace with best squad during camp (about 4.5 miles). Fell back at about 23 minutes and walked for about 45 seconds. Coach still complimented on me for staying with pack. Then did post-workout stretching/ab workout stations and had dinner. Listened to lectures/pointers from great coaches in area. At Northview Christian Life Church.
