Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Started up at Flat Rocks since the dogs were getting walked and going for a swim. I wandered back downtown from there. It was decently hot out today but I stuck to the shade and it was actually pretty nice. I never really got overheated or depleated. This run was all down hill too haha. Wandered over by Beebe lake, Gun Hill, the High school, then back Cayuga Cascadilla Albany. Felt pretty good the last few miles. Legs were a little heavy from going down the hills though. Good run overall.
Essentials: Stretch, L7, abs
Good stretch out. Havnt felt too many aches and pains lately and muscles are feeling loose but not very strong. Abs were nice also. Once I get into the routine I would like to bring back crossfit lifts.
