Comments:
Got off from taking care of the babies and went for a run with pops on the beach. We ran on the concrete path along Manhattan beach down to Hermosa beach. Pretty deay and lots of people out the beach was amazing. The surface was pretty hard though, and even at the slow pace, my knees were bothering me. It's been a while since my legs felt fatigued like that... Otherwise a good run.

Did a real quick stretch then drove back to Erin's place and jumped in the. Pool to cool off.
