Comments:
Morale is really quite low.
The pace was incredibly slow.
I went out in the heat,
And tired my feet,
I should've waited 'til later, I know.

I increased planks to 2:45, leg lifts to 25 each leg. 100 supermen 100 crunches. I got in six embarrassing striders.
