Comments:
I went to St. Alban's where I saw Sam, Timmy and a few others. After an extensive warmup, we all grouped up and did this figure eight loop around the track and on the uphill path next to Garfield street, exiting at the fence during each loop. We had to tempo the back curve of the track and the hill each time, but run everything else like a steady, the harder part. I can't say I felt good, but was pretty glad I did it and appreciated company.
