7:10 AM. Sleep: 6.5 hr. Took the day off from work to travel to San Francisco, thought that I would a quick Texas "Hill" workout in.
Dike hill
2 * 200 m hill w/downhill recovery, splits: 1:47.5 (41), 1:46.5 (44), not bad, just knocked the two hills out.
Terry Hershey Park: dike hill to Eldridge, Apartment
Back to base, stretch, crunches & pushups.
