Wow, it was sooooo disgustingly hot, even at 8:00am. I'm pretty happy with the workout considering the conditions. Ran with Mary. We did the 1500's on the grass around the first mile of the course. We did the 1000's on the track. Took about 1min AR between each 1500 and 2min AR between each 1000. The 8min recovery listed below is the approximate total active recovery time between intervals.
