Took it nice and easy :-) Gotta really take care of my plantar fasciitis over the next week. Pain localized in my inner heel. Doesn't bother me when I am running...mostly just walking around, especially barefoot. Lots of icing and rolling over the next few days. Iced about 5 times last night and that helped.
