Hilly Run

Weather: mega muggy

Comments:
Where did I go? What hills did I conquer?

1) Headed to pippy park camp ground on the flat side of Long Pond, did the three of those.

2) Headed up to 3 pond barrens working hard till the top. That same old hound was there barking at me.

3) Worked all the hills on the hilly side of Long pond, headed toward Mt. Scio and did the back side hard. A few dips and push ups at the top. 5'38" was my time to the top on the newly-groomed trail. It always starts to hurt when you by the white house.

Had an ice bath and gatorade when I got home. Now for some Yellowbelly with NS and his going-away party.
