Comments:
They screwed up the "5k" at this meet so I don't even know what the hell the distance was. I'm going to call it a 2 mile but I really have no idea. My legs felt so dead today it was unreal. I don't know if it's just because I haven't done speedwork in a long time or if it was from the half marathon on sunday or just the general fatigue of logging so many miles. I can't even get my legs to hurt. I try to speed up and my body just stays at one speed. Incredibly frustrating, but at least I know my legs are durable
