Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran the Thunder Run. Made a wrong turn around a mile and a half in that cut off almost exactly .3 miles. I was in the lead at that point so almost everyone followed and I screwed up people's times and such. Didn't realize till I got to 2 miles at 9:38 after going through mile 1 at 5:32... At that point I just ran to win. There was one guy close behind me for a lot of the race but I put on a surge at the part of the loop that goes around the top of the really big hill and dropped him. cruised at that pace till the 3 mile marker and kicked it the rest of the way in. Felt really good during the race except I had some lactic acid going lifting my legs starting about 1200m in. Generally pleased with how it went though, aside from wrong-turning.
