Comments:
This was basically the long run I did over Spring Break, but longer than before. I was by myself, since I'm at home, but luckily my ipod saved the day and my sanity. As with last time, I set my finish point to the track, but it wasn't exactly there anymore. My coach's pet project of getting the track resurfaced was finally getting done! It's just really frustrating that the school isn't letting him coach anymore, so he won't be able to take advantage of a new track. Maybe I'll be able to do some work on it over winter break. Oh well. I did pick up some racing shoes though, and I'm really excited to get a chance to use them. I'm not sure how I feel about the pinkish soles though.
