Weather: rainy, somewhat windy, warm enough

Comments:
EH, okay run after two days off, a trip to NY and being run down and stressed over micro. started feeling achy in the left hip/glute on the run down summer, then a little achey in the shins but that cleared up when the street leveled off. realizing, this is where i always get injured. brainstorm: give up the hill loop for flat long runs. was only running them to gain endurance and cardio strength, done that, so let's move on before i get hurt and ruin yet another season. next sunday is new charles!
