Comments:
ran with surprise guest david. he just kind of showed up and said he wanted to run. it was probably good, because i think i would have ran less on my own. went to forest hills. it was a much better run than yesterday. i think if i know i'm going to do a long run, i dread the run and feel worse. this week i might try a "surprise long run" and just run my long run whenever i feel best. i think that will work out. i also got much closer to 70 this week than i expected and i'm tired especially after getting a lot less last week.
