Canal trail out and back

Comments:
Didn't want to deal with my hugely hilly neighborhood and wanted a change of pace today so I drove 5 min to chain bridge and ran on the canal. Felt a little tired but good to be running. Also nice to be running somewhere flat because I was more able to pay attention to my form.
