Exercise Type: Walk
Comments:
Intense hike up to the top of Mt Washburn. Peaked out at around 10,000 ft. 3 miles up and 3 miles back down. We did it in pretty good time. The views and the weather were incredible. I was more tired coming down from the pounding on the legs. Did more walking around in Canyon at the end of the day. I was exhausted by the end. A shower helped that though. We got back earlier and had a nice camp fire at the end which helped everyone recharge. Legs still tired from the hike.
