Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I did 6xobservatory hills (like two weeks ago). these are tough, but i really feel like they're helping my form. I keep going once i get to the top of the hill for a while and try to open up a bit. i feel like it helps my form and it helps me remember to keep running when i get to the top of a hill, since i find that i often just relax when i hit the top instead of driving through. I'll probably do another 30 min. later tonight after I get out of the lab.
