stick work and glute activation
20' warm up on the way to QV Lake
3 X (3'jog, 3' @ half-marathon pace, 3' @ 10k pace)
17' cool down

some push ups and tuck jumps at home.

Didn't feel like I pushed hard enough on this but still, I'm feeling good.
