I'm so glad to be writing something in my log again. An amazing trip to China, and 20 new friends later (which I would repeat without hesitation), I have returned to continue cross country preparation. I went to GDS at 5:30 and saw Zeke, Kahlil and Sam there. Zeke and I did the four-mile loop backwards at a respectable paced. I felt just as tired as I thought I would. Subsequently, we did slow pushups for 2:00, 100 crunches, scissor kicks for a minute, 30 regular pushups, flutter kicks for 1:00, the 4th element in the 1st set of the crunch progression for 1:00, then the Peter Silverman leg drill for 1:00.
