Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Slower than yesterday, but still successful. I had no occasion to do striders, but later in the evening I got in squat-push-up progression to 8, 200 crunches, 100 supermen and a 5:00 plank Sta style, with rather poor form, but it hurt so I must've done something right, again a conservative estimate.
