Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Started a walk 5 run 10 pattern for the first set. The left knee would not pass the 20 minute test. I fell back to walk 10 then run, and the sharp pain continued. I gave up at a mile . Too much stress unknowingly on the CYBEX leg push yesterday .
