Got some intervals in, bested Thursday by quite a bit. The first interval is comparable to Thursday's 6:01, 5:51, and 5:52 respectively. The Recovery kicked Thursday's to bujesus and back at 7:42, 11:38, and 8:37. Felt smooth all the way. Ramped it up every interval and gained back some swag. Good run.
