Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I meant for today to be easier than it became. Still, a quality run. I didn't feel as light and limber as yesterday, but morale was strangely high seeing as the rest of my team has gone camping. I sought out hills on purpose and confronted them with gusto. Due to travel, I waited several hours before doing the balance exercise, one leg squats, 100 regular squats, 3:30 side planks and scissor kicks for 2:30, which all felt normal.
